The South Bend Community School Corporation is conducting an electronic survey for students, families, and staff about school and workplace climate. The survey was launched for elementary students on November 30, 2022, and for middle and high school students on January 9, 2023. Both student and parent surveys will run through January 30, 2023. The survey will ask students and families about their perceptions on topics such as student engagement, school environment, and school safety.
The data you and your child provide will be used by the district to better understand the current climate in each school. Your responses and those of your student(s) will be combined with the answers of other students and will not identify any person or their responses.
Please use this link to receive a secure username to access the survey.
You will receive a username in the next few business days. Once you have entered the user name please write down the PIN number provided for you. The student survey will take 30 minutes to complete and the parent/guardian survey will take 15 minutes. Once you have completed the survey, send a screenshot of the end screen to one of the emails below to enter to win your choice of a Martin’s gift card or a Chick-fil-A voucher.

The survey will be launched on January 18, 2023 through January 31, 2023 for instructional and non-instructional staff electronically. It will ask staff and principals about their perceptions on topics such as student engagement, school environment, and school safety.
The data you provide will be used by the district to better understand the current climate in each school. Your responses will be combined with the answers of other students and will not identify any person or their responses.
Please complete this google form; ED Climate Survey Request Form to receive the link and username for your anonymous survey. The survey will take 30 minutes to complete.
We will be hosting a drawing of 3 prizes each week to a staff member who has completed the survey and sends a screenshot of the end screen as verification to Sierra Savannah: [email protected]. The drawing is contingent upon at least a 20% completion rate at the conclusion of the survey window we will conduct one drawing.
