This is to reiterate the policy that the financial department has regarding the issue of manual payroll checks. The South Bend Community School Corporation is charged $33.00 from our financial institution for a stop payment, effective January 1, 2011. Therefore, we will charge an employee the $33.00 when placing a stop payment and reissuing a payroll check when it is determined that it is the fault of the employee.
