Logos and Logo Usage Guidelines

South Bend Schools Logo in Color The South Bend Schools logo is symbolic. The large SB makes it clear that we are proud to be South Bend’s public school system.  The interlocking of the SB is a continuation of the monogram which has been used for decades on letterjackets and for many other purposes. The color choices of navy blue, red and yellow match the colors in the flag of the City of South Bend.

The South Bend Schools logo is available in three different file formats - AI, PNG and JPG.

JPG/PNG: JPG and PNG files are for use on the web and in screen presentations such as PowerPoint or Google Slides. The advantage of JPGs and PNGs is their smaller file size and faster downloads. JPGs are preferred for photographs and realistic images. PNGs are preferred for line art and text-heavy images.

AI: The AI (vector) version is appropriate for commercial printing and can be used with vector/illustration programs. The advantage is that it can be scaled from small to larger sizes appropriate for use on signage. Suggested for: commercial printing, stationery, brochures, advertising, signs, banners, and clothing apparel.

Please contact the Communications Department for a vector file of the logo or for black and white versions.

PLEASE READ THE LOGO USAGE GUIDELINES TO ENSURE PROPER PLACEMENT AND USAGE OF THE LOGO.
