Culinary Arts and Hospitality
Hello, my name is Chef Greg Schell and I will be your child’s culinary instructor. I am a graduate of the Le’ Cordon Blue program at the cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago. I have worked in restaurants since I was fifteen years old. My goal is to teach my students what they need to succeed in a professional kitchen.
